Meet Dr. Pat Thomas

Dr. Pat Thomas, DO is a family medicine physician in Granbury, Texas with more than 45 years of experience in patient care. He completed his medical training at the University of North Texas Health Science Center Fort Worth and has practiced family medicine for over two decades.

As a primary care physician, Dr. Thomas provides routine exams, preventive care, vaccinations, and select in‑office lab services. When specialized care is needed, he coordinates referrals to trusted specialists. He is committed to clear communication and consistent care for individuals and families in the Granbury community.

Meet Kimberly A. Shafer

Kimberly A. Shafer, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 27 years of experience in family medicine and urgent care. A Granbury, Texas native and Granbury High School graduate, she has deep roots in the community and is proud to care for the people and families she calls home.

She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Her background includes work as an Emergency Room nurse, owner of a family practice in Big Spring, Texas, and clinical supervisor for multiple urgent care clinics. Known for her compassion, strong clinical expertise, and patient-centered approach, Kimberly is a dedicated advocate for accessible, community-focused care, guided by integrity, service, and a strong foundation of faith.

We do not accept insurance in the office. We will process major credit cards with no extra fees, HSA cards, and cash pay.
